Guarantee: 7Ballmusic guarantees your order to be as described and free from defect upon delivery.  If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately so we can take care of you.


Return of Working Items: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days after delivery to request an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number). To qualify for a full refund, less original shipping cost, the item(s) must be brand new, contain all original packaging materials, and show no visible signs of use. Any items returned in less than brand new condition may be refused or subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%. You must contact us for an RMA number and detailed return instructions prior to returning an item.

We usually offer free shipping as a promotion, however if you return an item for a refund, your refund will be minus our original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and can choose any shipping method. We recommend using a service that provides a tracking number for proof of delivery. 

Defective Items:  Any item that arrives defective must be reported to 7Ballmusic within 15 days of delivery. We will send the customer a call tag (prepaid shipping label) to return the defective item for a new replacement. The item must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging and materials. Items reported more than 30 days after delivery will be handled as a warranty claim through the manufacturer. To report a defective item, please email or call toll free 1-866-273-4901.

Damaged Items:
 Items damaged while in transit must be reported to 7Ballmusic within 7 days of delivery.  A claim will be opened with the shipping company and the package will be picked up. Photos of the damaged product, the cardboard shipping box, and the shipping label will be required so please keep all materials. 7Ballmusic will then issue a replacement.
